SBI Clerk 2020 Notification, Online Application, Exam Date: The application process for SBI Clerk recruitment is going on. Through this recruitment, 8000 vacancies will be filled in various circles of the country. The last date for application is a few days left. The last date to apply is 26 January 2020. Graduate youth from any discipline can apply for these posts. Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in preliminary examination and main examination.

One has to register himself first by visiting https://bank.sbi/careers or https://www.sbi.co.in/careers. The application fee for General, OBC, EWS category is Rs 750. There is no application fee for SC / ST / PWD candidates. Fees can be paid by debit card, credit card, internet banking.

3. Qualification
Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized institution or university.

4. Pay Scale: Rs 11,765 to 31,450.

5. Age Limit
The minimum age limit is 20 years and maximum 28 years. Age will be calculated from January 1, 2020. That is, those candidates can apply who have not been born before 02.01.1992 and after 01.01.2000. In the maximum age limit, relaxation of three years will be provided to the candidates of OBC category, five years to SC / ST category and ten years to the differently-abled.

6. Selection Process
- Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of performance in preliminary examination and main examination.
- There will be multiple choice questions in the preliminary examination. In this, questions related to English Language, Numerical Ability and Reasoning Ability will be asked.
- A total of 100 questions will be asked in the examination, for which maximum marks have been set at 100. One hour will be given to solve the questions.
- One quarter mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
- Candidates who clear the preliminary examination will get a chance to appear in the main examination.
- Questions related to General / Financial Awareness, General English, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability and Computer Aptitude will be asked in the main examination.
A total of 190 questions will be asked in the exam, for which maximum marks have been set at 200. 2.40 hours will be given to solve the questions.

7. Language test
Candidates who will choose the language if they have studied that language in 10th-12th (for this they will have to show the marksheet certificate of 10th-12th), then their language test will be done. If she has not read the language, there will be a language test.

8. Final Selection and Merit
Prelims exam numbers will not be included in the final selection merit. Merit will be made only on the basis of the marks of the Mains exam. 50 percent (state category wise) of the total vacancy will also be made.

9. Application Process
- You have to login on the website (www.sbi.co.in). When the homepage opens, click on the Couriers box at the top right.
- A new webpage will be opened on doing this. Click on Current Openings option in the Join SBI section here.
- On clicking, another webpage will open. Here is the link RECRUITMENT OF JUNIOR ASSOCIATES (CUSTOMER SUPPORT & SALES) ...
- Click on this link. Now you have to click on the Download Advertisement (English) option shown below it.
- On clicking, the detailed advertisement related to vacancies will open on your computer screen.
- Read this advertisement well and check your eligibility according to the posts. Now one has to come back to the webpage to apply.
- Click on Apply Online link given below the advertisement link. Now click on the 'Click here for new registration' tab on the new page that opens. Now read the given guidelines and click on the Continue button.
- On doing this the registration page will open. Enter the basic information and captcha code sought on this page and click on the Register button.
- By doing this you will get the registration number and password on the email ID and phone number you have entered. It will also be displayed on your computer screen. Handle it and note it.
- Now upload your passport size color photograph and signature scan. Photo size should be between 20 to 50 KB and signature size should be between 10 and 20 KB. Both these files are in JPG or JPEG format.
- Then click on the 'Save and Next' button and complete the application process as per the guidelines.
Keep in mind that during the application, scan copies of all the necessary documents and certificates sought in the advertisement will have to be uploaded in the fixed size and format.
Before submitting a fully filled application, you can see its preview by clicking on the 'Preview' tab.
- If you want to change or improve the information entered in the application form, you can do so. After this, click on the 'Final Submit' button.
- In the last stage of the application process, click on the 'Payment' tab and pay the prescribed fee online by category. Then click on the submit button at the end.
After the application process is complete, take out a printout of the submitted application form and keep it safe with you.

Application fee
- Rs 750 for General / OBC and EWS candidates.
- SC / ST and PwD candidates are not paid any fee for these posts.
You can pay the fee through payment gateway through online credit card / debit card or net banking.

10. SBI Clerk Exam Date and Admit Card
In the notification, the probable date of SBI Clerk Prelims has been stated as February / March. At the same time, the date of SBI Clerk Main Examination has been given as 19 March 2020. The pre-exam admit card will be available from February 11, 2020 and the main exam admit card from the second week of April.
